Check there service records, usually that will show there uniform. If there not in the proper colors, get them into a party chat or into a pre-game lobby with you and tell them to change. If they continue to not change, this is called insubordination, which means that there deliberately not listening to you. So what you do then is bring it up to your higher ups and they will take care of things from there.
