When you recruit someone, send a message to the squad gamertag, or to other people in mgc saying "Welcome -insert new recruits gamertag- to MGC"

also send message to recent players easy way to recruit

The best way to pull in recruits in my oppinion is to go into a big team battle playlist. Talk with your team, make them laugh, do something to make them think your a cool guy, then after words send a message to all your recent players saying "Want to join MGC" I garentee you will get at least 2 people to reply back every time. A few times I got everyone to reply back. Once, I had a group where I got 5 recruits off of one game!!
